patient with lymphoma, relapsed after tandem auto/allo transplant. lymphoma invading heart, patient coded. proceed to do chemo to shrink chemo, but left ventricular ejection fraction < 25% now. can’t hydrate for cisplatin. decide to give cytarabine first and use cytarabine as hydration for cisplatin.
there’s 3 patients on hematology with 5150s. crazy.
